Refund & Cancellation Policy

All produce is ordered fresh to ensure quality. For this reason, the following policy applies:

48 Hours’ Notice: Full refund provided.

24 Hours’ Notice (Day Before): Full credit provided.

Same Day Cancellation: No refund or credit available.

Large Orders ($300+):
For cancellations or major reductions to large orders, at least 3 days’ notice is required. Otherwise, the full original order amount will be charged.

Delivery Policy

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from OMG HQ:

Free Local Delivery: Within 5 km

5–15 km: $15 flat fee

15+ km: Contact us for a quote

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on traffic and availability.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While every effort is made to cater for dietary needs, OMGrazing cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, or dairy. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise of dietary requirements when placing an order.

Food Safety

Our grazing products are prepared fresh and intended for same-day enjoyment. Once delivered or set up, responsibility for safe storage and consumption rests with the customer.

All images shown on our website and social media are for reference only. Due to seasonal availability, supplier changes, or quality control, actual products may vary. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Hire Items (if applicable)

If stands, boards, or props are supplied for your grazing table, these remain the property of OMGrazing. Hire items must be returned in original condition within the agreed timeframe. Any loss or damage may result in a replacement fee.

Liability

Once delivery or setup is complete, OMGrazing accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or misuse of grazing products.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX SPECIFIC T&Cs:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the product page.
• Payment is processed automatically using the payment method supplied at checkout.
• The subscription continues month to month until cancelled by the customer.
• Customers must ensure that their payment details remain current and valid.
• Failed payments will trigger automatic retry attempts.
• Orders will not be prepared or delivered if payment fails.

Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through written request via [email protected]
• Cancellations must be received before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
• Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refund will be provided for that month’s box.
• Customers may pause their subscription by request before their next billing date.

Delivery

• Subscription boxes are delivered monthly within the delivery area listed on our website.
• Customers must provide a safe and accurate delivery address.
• OMGrazing is not responsible for lost or spoiled goods after delivery has been completed.
• Customers must refrigerate their cheese box as soon as possible after delivery.

Product Variations

• Contents of each subscription box may vary month to month.
• All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are non refundable once processed.
• If a delivery date needs to be changed, customers must advise in advance and a new date will be arranged where possible.
